Why DEI?

Jeyashree presenting at tech company SAS

DEI just makes sense, whether you choose a moral lense or a profitability lense.1. Gender diverse leadership teams outperform homogeneous teams by 25% (McKinsey).
2. Leadership teams that are ethnically and culturally diverse outperform homogeneous teams by 36% (McKinsey).
3. Companies that prioritize disability inclusion have 28% higher revenue and 30% higher profit margins than those who don’t (Accenture).
DEI allows for higher retention, improved engagement, more innovation, and better decision making. Your clients, partners, and colleagues expect and appreciate a focus on DEI.In today's age, diverse teams are 70% more likely to capture new markets (Harvard Business Review). Growing in an uncertain economy demands new perspectives and ways of thinking. Diverse teams can tap new networks and uncover overlooked solutions.
